It is with great sadness that we have recently learned that Kristine Kruma, prorector of the Riga Graduate School of Law and former judge at the Latvian Constitutional Court and EUDO CITIZENSHIP expert has passed away on 4 July after a long illness.

Kristine was a very engaged member of our network of experts from the very start. She was also a very nice colleague. We will miss her.
