Jules Lepoutre is professor of public law at University Côte d’Azur (Nice, France). His research focuses on migration law and citizenship law, with an interest on democratic theory and comparative policies. He was a Research Associate at the Global Citizenship Governance Project at the EUI Florence and visiting researcher at the WZB Berlin and the University of Westminster Law School. He received his PhD from the University of Lille in 2018.
