Susi Dwi Harijanti is Associate Professor in Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. She obtained her PhD degree from the University of Melbourne in 2011. She was a recipient of the Australian Development Scholarship. Her academic interests include citizenship and migration law, comparative constitutional law, the law of the constitution, and human rights law. She has published in the International Journal of Constitutional Law (I.CON) and the International Journal on Public Law and Policy. Since 2011, she has been an Associate of the Center for Indonesian Law, Islam and Society at the University of Melbourne (CILIS). She is also involved in a number of academic organisations, including the Indonesian Association of Comparative Law (Secretary, 2015-2018) and the Indonesian Association of Constitutional and Administrative Laws (Chair, 2015-2019). She used to be Indonesia’s correspondent for the International Journal of Constitutional Law (2002-2005). Currently, she is Director of the Indonesian Community of Human Rights at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran.
