Raghavi is a PhD researcher in International Law at the European University Institute in Florence. Raghavi’s interests lie in cultural rights of minorities, decolonial approaches to international law, and international criminal law. To this end, she has been engaged in collaborative fieldwork with the Irulars, a semi-nomadic community based in southern India. Alongside her PhD, Raghavi is a consultant for cultural rights collectives in India and Kenya, a Lecturer in International Human Rights Law at the University of East London, and a Senior Research Associate at Public International Law and Policy Group.
