Eugeniusz Kuznicow-Wyszynski holds an MA in Contemporary Diplomacy and European Studies from the University of Warsaw and is a graduate of the European Academy of Diplomacy. He is a NAWA government exchange scholarship holder, having studied at the University of Belgrade and Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj, as well as an Erasmus scholarship recipient at Charles University in Prague and Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. Currently, he is a doctoral candidate in Political Science and Administration at the University of Warsaw, specializing in migration policy and diaspora studies. His research focuses on the Karta Polaka, exploring its impact on Polish communities abroad, as well as broader issues related to ethnic cards, citizenship, and repatriation. Presently, he is a visiting researcher at the European University Institute in Florence.
