Helena Cook (Samoan/Irish) is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at University of Canterbury and the chair of the New Zealand Political Studies Association Civics, Citizenship and Political Literacy Working Group. Informed by decolonising methodologies, her research examines the intersection of identity, politics, and education.
