Libya
Bushra Alhodiri is a Libyan development and peacebuilding professional with over eight years of experience working on community development, local governance, social cohesion, and peacebuilding in conflict-affected contexts. She holds an MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex and has worked with UNDP and other international and local organisations in Libya. Her expertise includes research, conflict analysis, monitoring and evaluation, community engagement, and inclusive local governance, with a particular focus on women, youth, and marginalised communities. Her research interests include development, economic sociology, social change, and the relationship between economic structures, institutions, and social relations in fragile and conflict-affected settings.
