Enikő Horváth received a Ph.D. in Comparative, European and International Law from the European University Institute in 2006 and a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School in 2004. In 2006 she served as a consultant to UNESCO’s Office of International Standards and Legal Affairs. Since 2007, she has been in private practice in New York and Paris, with a focus on international arbitration and litigation and public international law. She has published on various aspects of international and European law.
