The Luxembourg Minister of Justice, François Biltgen, has hinted that there may be a debate  on further reforms of the citizenship law in autumn 2012  (ius soli for the first generation born in Luxembourg, softening of the residency and the language skills requirements). The Minister, in an official press release, explicitly referred to criticisms expressed in Denis Scuto‘s recent book on citizenship in Luxembourg.
