The Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion has requested that The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) prioritises processing applications for Norwegian citizenship from former Norwegian citizens and/or persons who have been issued Norwegian passports although they in fact were not Norwegian.
