Tilburg Law Review – Special Issue on Statelessness

The Tilburg Law Review has dedicated a special issue to a global investigation of statelessness to mark the 60th anniversary of the 1954 Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons. Thirty short articles explore statelessness from diverse angles, assessing factors such as human trafficking, surrogacy and criminology.
