Benin
Eric Codjo Montcho Agbassa holds a master’s degree in private law and criminal sciences and teaches at the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin Republic. His areas of interest include private international law, the law of obligations, and human rights. For over a decade, he has been interested in nationality and statelessness law, through his scientific work, teaching, and directing several research projects in Benin and abroad. He founded the Research Group on Nationality, Statelessness, and Migration (GRENAM) and co-author of the GLOBALCIT country report on nationality law in Benin.
