Alfons Aragoneses is Associate Professor for Legal History at University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. He got his PhD in Girona with a dissertation on the history of Comparative Private Law in France. He has published works on Francoist Law, memory laws and public policies of remembrance. From 2022 until 2024 he was General Director for Democratic Remembrance of the Government of Catalonia.
