Andrea Baršová works at the Department for Human Rights and Protection of Minorities, the Government Office, Prague. Her research interests include mechanisms of human rights protection, minority and LGBTI rights, migration and citizenship, in particular enfranchisement of women. She received her LL.M. in comparative constitutional law from Central European University in Budapest and a PhD from Charles University in Prague.
