Anita Böcker is associate professor at the Institute for Sociology of Law and the Centre for Migration Law, Radboud University Nijmegen. She has conducted research into the social effects of immigration law, citizenship law and equal treatment law. She co-authored several articles on dual citizenship in the Netherlands and Germany. She participated in several international comparative projects, including a study on integration and naturalisation tests and their effects on immigrant integration in nine EU member states (INTEC).
