Linda Bosniak is Distinguished Professor of Law at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She is the author of The Citizen and The Alien: Dilemmas of Contemporary Membership (Princeton University Press, 2006), and many chapters and articles on immigration, citizenship, nationalism, equality and globalization. She is currently working on a book entitled “Justifying Immigrant Justice: Wrongs, Rights and the Liberal National Imaginary.” Among other activities, she has served as Law and Public Affairs Fellow and Visiting Professor at Princeton University, Seminar Director of the Center For the Critical Analysis of Contemporary Culture at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, and Resident Fellow at the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center.
