Conor is a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow at the European University Institute. He completed his undergraduate and doctoral studies at Trinity College, Dublin, and holds a Master’s in Law from Yale Law School. He specialises in administrative and constitutional law and his work has been cited by the Irish Superior Courts.
