Dr. Eugene Arnaud Yombo Sembe is currently a lecturer at the University of Yaoundé II and Institute of International Relations in Cameroon. African Ambassador of the International Association of political science students, Dr. Eugene Arnaud Yombo Sembe was also a policy analyst with governance and Democracy initiative from the Denis and Lenora Foretia Foundation in Cameroon. He is an expert of secessions in Africa, identity policies as well as peace and security processes. Dr. Yombo has also published many articles on terrorism, elections and fair vote, regional integration processes in Africa and migrations in international and African journals.
