Dorota Anna Gozdecka is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre of Excellence in Foundations of European Law and Polity Research (University of Helsinki) and a Visiting Fellow at a the Centre for European Studies (Australian National University) . Her post-doctoral research focuses on theoretical aspects of multiculturalism and explores issues of growing religious and cultural pluralism of European societies in the European legal context. She is also a co-director of an international research project ‘Post-Lisbon integration: the Quest for a New European Identity’. The project focuses on constitutionalisation of key policy areas such as citizenship, free movement of persons, freedom, security and justice and fundamental rights in the context of ethnic, linguistic, cultural and religious diversity of Europe.
