Dr Sanzhuan (Sandra) Guo is a Lecturer in Law and Socio Legal Studies at Flinders University (Australia). She is a human rights scholar and an international lawyer with a PhD from Peking University Law School (China), a JD from Melbourne Law School (Australia) and an LLM from Northwestern University School of Law (USA). She has been admitted to practise law in three distinct jurisdictions: China, Australia (Victoria and South Australia) and USA (New York). She has been an accredited immigration law specialist in Australia since October 2016.
Dr Guo’s recent publications include a book chapter (2018) on advantages and disadvantages of dual citizenship under the research project of The Hague Academy of International Law – Citizenship in International Law, and a co-authored book chapter on Stateless Rohingyas in Bangladesh (Routledge, 2018).
