Kang-Hoon Hong is Professor of Law at Yonsei Law School. He received his LL.B. and LL.M. from Yonsei University and later earned his Ph.D. in Administrative Law from the University of Tübingen.
He worked as a Senior Research Officer at the Constitutional Court Research Institute and later taught as a professor at Dankook University. He has also contributed to public service as a Member of the Information Disclosure Deliberation Committee at the Ministry of Government Legislation, an Administrative Appeals Commissioner at the Korea Communications Commission, and a Member of the Local Autonomy Development Committee.
His research interests broadly encompass public law, with particular emphasis on administrative law, constitutional law, nationality law and environmental law.
