Kees Groenendijk (1943) is Professor Emeritus of Sociology of Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. He is Chair and founder of the Centre for Migration Law, which focuses on issues of migration and minority protection. He is also Chair of the Dutch Standing Committee of Experts on International Immigration, Refugee and Criminal Law.
