Marja-Liisa Öberg is a Senior Lecturer in EU Law and Ragnar Söderberg Postdoctoral Fellow at Örebro University and Visiting Researcher at Lund University, Sweden. She holds a Ph.D. from the EUI in European Union law. Her research focuses on the phenomenon of exporting the EU internal market acquis to non-EU member states and the corresponding effect of third country influence on the Union’s law-making on the Union’s own legal order. Her research interests include EU external relations law, EU constitutional law and internal market law.
