Ilaria Madama is Associate Professor of Political Science in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Milan and Senior researcher in the REScEU Project “Reconciling Economic and Social Europe: ideas, values and consensus“ (www.resceu.eu). Her field of research is comparative social policy. Currently her research interests focus on minimum income and social inclusion policies, both at the EU and national levels, and European governance.
