Liechtenstein

Martina Sochin D’Elia got her masters and PhD degree in contemporary history at the University of Fribourg/Switzerland. She is a research fellow at the Liechtenstein Institute. Her research interests are focused on history of migration, citizenship and refugees. Her PhD thesis was published in 2012: „Man hat es doch hier mit Menschen zu tun!“ Liechtensteins Umgang mit Fremden seit 1945, Chronos Verlag, Zürich.
