Dr Tabeth Masengu is a human rights lawyer and socio-legal researcher. She has more than 11 years of experience and her areas of research include the rule of law, gender and judging, governance in Africa, Constitutionalism, human rights, policy reform and intersectional discrimination.She holds a joint Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Ghent (Belgium) and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Cape Town (South Africa). She has published widely and has spoken and facilitated at numerous conferences and workshops globally.
