Dr Mazen Masri is Senior Lecture at the City Law School, London.

His areas of expertise are constitutional law and public international law and he is the author of The Dynamics of Exclusionary Constitutionalism: Israel as a Jewish and Democratic State (Hart Publishing, 2017). Mazen is an Israeli trained lawyer, and had previously served as a legal advisor to the Palestine Liberation Organisation’s Negotiations Affairs Department.
