Kate McMillan is Associate Professor of Politics at Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She publishes and teaches on the politics of citizenship and immigration. In 2025, she was a Visiting Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute, Fiesole, Italy.
