Solomon Oseghale Momoh LL.B, BL, LL.M (Nigeria). Protection Associate with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Nigeria and also a doctoral research at Utrecht University School of Law, Economics and Governance. His research is focused on statelessness and right to nationality, mainly seeking to identify and address the gaps in nationality law and policy in Nigeria.

Solomon has extensive field experience in asylum and refugee law, mixed migration, statelessness, and law on internal displacement. He is co-author of the article “Statelessness Determination Procedures: Towards a Bespoke Procedure for Nigeria” published by the Statelessness and Citizenship Review (SCR) in 2020.
