Oscar Andrés Pazo Pineda is a Legal Advisor in the Constitutional Court of Peru. He has also worked in the Congress and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He completed the internship program in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. In relation to his studies of specialisation, he completed the Summer Course at the American University – Washington College of Law (United States) and the Diploma on Legal Argumentation at the Universidad de Alicante (Spain). Now he is also Academic Coordinator at the Institute for Human Rights and Development at the Universidad de San Martín de Porres (Peru).
