Christian Prener is an Assistant Professor of Public Law at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) and a researcher at the Danish Institute of Human Rights. He is a former visiting researcher at University of California (UCLA) and received his PhD from the University of Aarhus in 2021. Christian’s research focuses broadly on citizenship, immigration and nationality laws including the legal, moral and political implications of security-related citizenship revocation in the 21st century.
