Julia Schweers is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oxford’s Refugee Studies Centre and holds a DPhil in Migration Studies from Oxford. Her doctoral research examined the return migration of dual citizens and global inequalities associated with citizenship. Her current research project investigates refugee politics in authoritarian regimes.
