Helena Wray is Associate Professor in Migration Law at University of Exeter. She has taught, researched and published extensively on migration law, particularly family migration and citizenship and, since 2011, has been editor of Journal of Immigration Asylum and Nationality Law. She has led several research and consultancy projects, including evidence submitted in two test cases heard in the Supreme Court and a major report commissioned by the Children’s Commissioner for England on the impact of the family migration rules on children. She is currently writing a book on Article 8 ECHR and family migration decisions in the Supreme Court to be published by Hart.
