Aashish Yadav is an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School in India. His research interests lie in the areas of international human rights law, refugee law, citizenship and statelessness. He studied LL.M. in Human Rights Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he focused on international human rights law, refugee law, data protection law, and international legal thought. He is currently a Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Interest Law. He led the research and drafting effort on the Securing Citizenship report and is engaged in several ongoing projects at the Centre. At Jindal Global Law School, he offers a clinical course on citizenship and statelessness with Mohsin Alam Bhat.
