Josephine van Zeben is professor and chair of the Law group at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Before taking up her current position, she was Fellow in Public and EU Law at Worcester College, University of Oxford. Her main research interest concern multi-level governance and environmental regulation in the broadest sense. Her most recent book (with A. Bobić) is called Polycentricity in the European Union (CUP, 2019) and explores the EU’s potential for polycentric governance, as well as the normative desirability of such a development.
